Booking a Consultation - What Do I Need to Know?
- You can expect the Consultation to last approximately 1.5 - 2 hours in duration. During this time, we will discuss your dog's behavioral history, outline training methods and expectations, establish feasible training goals, and get to know each other. So grab yourself a hot cup of coffee, a notebook and a pen, and get comfy! I am excited to meet you and your dog!
- Please note: Your payment is **NON-REFUNDABLE.** Your payment secures your appointment, and ensures that the time slot is off-the-market to any other potential clients. If you cancel the Consultation within 48 hours of the appointment, for any reason, you are forfeiting your session and will not receive a refund. If you cancel with more than 48-hours notice, you will NOT receive a refund, but you will be allowed ONE opportunity to reschedule your Consultation. You have one month to reschedule.
Other important information:
- Whoever books the Consultation MUST be present throughout the entirety of the Consultation.
- All minors who will be participating in the Consultation and any future dog training sessions MUST be accompanied by an adult (18+) relative at all times.
- Additional Travel Charges may apply. If you are outside the scope of my regular service area, I will contact you to inform you that a travel fee is required for your location.
